As I am more and more swept away busy and in gratitude by of the amount of opportunities I am presented with, I find myself not giving my body and mind the time to rest or simply "slow down" to look around with appreciation as much as I'd like. So here I am reminding myself the promise I made recently to take care of my body and mind, to respect this machine, to make finding that balance a priority again, and well, appreciating all the little things too like how nice my hair is from the shoot here?? #quicktakeaselfiebeforeuruinurhair
