When ‘Mum’ is away ‘Dad’ cooks days worth of dinner. Butter chicken for the next few meals.

So many frustrations this weekend eating away at me like a 1000 tiny paper cuts.

Yeah...pretty much. I get weird looks and comments sometimes when I tell my kids to "go away" or send them to the local park by themselves.

Mr 8: "Dad Why is there a sad emoji on your screen?" Me: "Because a famous scientist died today. He figured out Black Holes." Mr 8: "Oh, are those inter-dimensional rifts that go through subspace to another reality and suck everything up?" Me: "Yeah....sure....maybe?" Mr 8: "....or am I thinking about something else?"
