If you have read my blog recently, you will know that I got elbowed in the face and I now have two fractures on my nasal bone and another fracture of the maxillary alveolar process at my right paramedian region. so I can't do running now according to doctor but can do eventually - maybe another month. At this point of time, I can do biking at gym to keep myself fit (far from fit now).

More Pet Society !!!
As I said earlier, you can actually get your pet to go to the Stadium to run !!!
You get 3 pets to run in a huddle race, by winning the race, you can get 30 bucks and 20 Paw Points (Experience to go to next level).
My pet's name is nargiza... which is also my beloved stylist !!!LOL
She would have killed me if she knows... that I made her my pet in this game !!!

之前去完蘇州之後，可能對蘇幫菜期望太高，但卻沒有吃到像杭州吃到的那種又好看又好吃的那種感動，所以今天我又要回憶一下之前在杭州的食物了.... :-P
那天應該是去了一間叫王潤興的百年老店... 聽說乾隆皇跟這店是有些關係的...
王潤興的招牌菜-乾隆魚頭豆腐. 很好吃, 一點腥味也沒有而且口感很滑，特別是魚頭下面的豆腐，燒得非常入味, 一定要加碗飯吃......
臭豆腐-很好吃, 很臭但非常好吃... 加上他們自家製辣醬更是一絕...
在剛過去的暑期, 我去了北海道, 一個四季都會有不同景色, 食材的一個非常乾淨的一個好地方.
在這個旅程中, 其中的幾天去了不少地方, 最能讓身心得到休養生息的一定是美瑛跟富良野.
她們的距離沒有差太多, 大概有30分鐘的車程吧.
然後好運的我剛好在美瑛跟富良野的那幾天又剛碰上了一年一度的肚臍節, 一個可謂當地一個超大型的年度節目, 差不多所有的人都跑出來在街上參加這個晚會...

Krispy Kreme is closing down the stores in HK and we cannot have Krispy Kreme in HK anymore !!! I still remember the times when I was studying in Canada a long while back and students like me usually like to go to those donut stores to study...

超漂亮的大自然，超純淨的環境。
我想北海道的美不單單是這樣，我猜，應該是你有多愛這個世界，她就應該有多美吧。
我在那邊待了四天，不單可以早睡早起呼吸最純淨的空氣，更讓身體回歸自然，好好的休息，把心中的愁煩通通的拋開。或許城市人真的要回歸自然的那一刻才可以感受得到吧.....

If polar bear needs to shave his hair to survive, what does it mean ?
This TVC obviously is something funny and can provide a laugh, but I was thinking on the other side, if we should have done something in order to save the place where we are living - at the same time, where these polar bears are living... can we do something here, people ?
My friend's cousin needs a bone marrow transplant to survive. Anyone can be a possibility, but CHINESE ARE MORE LIKELY.
