I just had one of my most intense & sweaty workouts @studiofitnesshk!

Did the Cut Fat class today taught by @trainwithacton. Class was a combination of intense 60 second circuits, boxing, core work & spinning! A fantastic way to burn those fats & get your heart pumping! I could honestly see my abs emerging immediately after the class! No joke!
