"精神健康"的一天!

今天到中文大學為一本有關青少年精神健康的雜誌做訪問,

今天很快樂,

認識了一群很有熱誠和愛心的青年人,

他們都是義工形式幫這本雜誌做事的,

為的是希望發放一些正能量給現在的青少年,

我很有幸在這本雜誌分享我的生活態度,

雖然這不是什麼主流雜誌,

但我希望有多些人能閱讀和支持這本雜誌!

就是這本"青少年精神健康雜誌"!
