Waking up in the middle of the desert after an evening of magicians, curry made by cameleers, gypsy dancers, bonfires, off-roading and sleeping under the stars. This was a night I will never forget. It was only afterwards that I realised I hardly took a proper photo of this epic experience- in fact, this is one of the only snaps I got. Constantly reminding myself that not all moments in life have to be perfectly captured to be perfect moments... In fact, often, it's quite the opposite. ? @gadventures #gadv
It's not everyday you get to ride camels through the desert and sleep under the stars! Such an incredible experience ? One of their favorite expressions here in India is if you can love a camel, you can love anyone ?? ••• ? by @diffeyewear (promo code 'passport' for 15% off) ••• Now, I realize this photo may raise some contention, given I recently brought up the issue of riding elephants in my previous post. So the question is, if it is so inhumane to ride elephants, what about riding camels? I had to ask myself this question and really do my research bef...Read more
This trip to India has been incredible, and not just because of the beautiful places I've been seeing. The most wonderful part about India has been the people, and the connection I've made with so many kind locals along the way. -- If I'm to be honest, I've been hesitant to share the portraits I've taken here on Instagram. I've come to realize what a superficial pursuit this i...Read more
Elephants are one of the most majestic creatures in the world, don't you think? ? Yet my heart breaks to see the way they are treated in places like the Amber Fort. Held in captivity and exploited for the sake of tourism instead of being free in the wild, where they belong. ?
Nothing like watching the sky turn pink over Jaipur, the pink city ? Got to love a hotel with a good rooftop! @gadventures #gadv • Top by @pitusa.co •
Managed to find a moment of peace amongst the chaos at India's most iconic landmark. And in this moment, the Taj Mahal well and truly took my breathe away ? @gadventures #gadv
Indian architecture is seriously blowing my mind. Everything looks so grand from afar yet is still so intricately detailed when you get up close. Why can't we make buildings that look like this anymore? ?

After two weeks enjoying a slower pace of life in Goa, it really was time to experience the colorful chaos of Northern India! My first day in Delhi was just as crazy as I had imagined it would be. I was almost run over about ten times and got asked to be in at least a hundred selfies ? Can't wait to keep explore more of this beautiful country as I kick off on the Uncover India tour with @gadventures! ? #gadv
