This year I am in Bangkok pass the New year.

Last week..because of my gym closed! So last week whole dont have any training and exercise.
Haha..Only go out and eat! hahaIt was a good times.But little bit too lazy!I have to get back my hard training again on next week!!But tonight i will go to Laos again for extend my visa! Maybe I have to do a working visa in Thai,otherwise I have to go out Thailand every month@@ This is not good!And It will take 3days to Laos to get the visa@@ Long day.. and must be so much boring in Laos@@ haha
