lots of painting lately.. i needed a break.

today's mission: storytelling.

let's try to tackle it again... i noticed a few things once i finished with the art, of course. but still went ahead and put the text in. the story just came off the top of my head and i went straight to work, i thought it would be dreamy/fun/mysterious all at once... so sorry if it doesn't seem very polished. it is meant to be an exercise more than anything. by the way, the old man is to be walking on air.

news on cosmic tiger edition.

because of demand, i am going to take the image of "cosmic tiger" and i will be doing a limited edition that is mounted on wood and varnished, just like in my post here. the prints used to make these will be giclée on high-quality Hahnemühle rag paper, but i will be mounting them on solid wood and it will measure 7 x 14", (only very slightly smaller than the original). they will be numbered and signed as per standard procedure w...Read more

early summer.

been so busy painting these days that some early summer projects have gone unrealized. anyway, since summer-oh-seven is gone, thought i'd share. it's not something i've let go of, maybe i'll revisit it late. excuse the poor colouring, i did it with the touchpad on my laptop. and there is copy, but i haven't input it, just the panels for now- good storytelling shouldn't need words anyway. in the meantime.. hope you like it, (and can tell what's happening).
