人民网基辅1月19日电（记者谭武军）：1月19日，2008年乌克兰武术联合会年会在首都基辅举行,来自全乌26个州的武术联合会代表共50余人出席会议。中国驻乌克兰使馆文化处官员龚健、周浩与会并致贺。
乌克兰武术联合会主席丘卡诺夫接受本网记者采访时表示，中华武术以其独特的文化魅力吸引着众多的乌克兰人从事此项体育运动。该联合会在乌克兰拥有数十家武术学校和俱乐部，共有5000多名会员长期从事武术运动。其中，不少武术运动员已在国际武术大赛上取得优异成绩。许多乌克兰武术爱好者在习武之余，还自学汉语，练习中国书法等，成为悠久灿烂的中国文化的民间传播使者。
丘卡诺夫表示，今年该联合会将在乌举办多场武术比赛，并选派更多优秀选手参加国际武术交流活动。武术运动在乌克兰具有广阔的发展前景，目前面临的最大难题是武术教练员严重匮乏，希望乌中两国能进一步加强武术交流与合作，让博大精深的中华武术在乌克兰得到深入普及。

9th World Wushu Championship 2007.
It has become quite a tradition that the best wushu athletes from different
countries come to Beijing to take part in the World Wushu Championship. The
year of 2007 wasn't an exception.
Asian athletes were leading this time. Russia proved that its' national team
