Cooking Ma Ma !

Shout out to MC Jin ! He missed our shooting coz he had to go back to the US for a break. We had a lot of fun shooting the show. Probably shock most of the cast and crew coz 24Herbs boys can be quite rowdy and very loud. Anyhow, our man Eddie a.k.a DorYuk represent making 6 dishes which is the most anyone had every done for the show. First was a Caesar type salad, followed by Baked Crab with Garlic & Anchovies, Linguini with Tomato & Basil, Wild Mushroom Risotto with Ginko Nuts and a Roasted Chicken with Thyme. Eddie even did a home made Cookies and Cream Ice Cream made with Hokkaido milk because that's pretty much the best quality milk in Asia. Everything was totally finished with the crew digging in and polishing off any leftovers. We are looking forward to the edit, should be quite funny.
