Arpaio Ran what he called a "concentration camp, in which inmates hanged "themselves" at an alarming rate, he shackled a pregnant woman during childbirth, tortured immigrants in 124 degree weather so their shoes would melt, refused to investigate child sex abuse cases, and the list goes on and on... And this is who Trump pardons after failing to properly an unequivocally condemn neo nazis..
