Age, past experience and all that stuff is really less important than being the right person for the job. I have a degree in marine biology and no formal design training, so I'm not going to ask for your college certificates. Of course, you'll know your way around a Mac and all the delights it can bring. And you'll probably know what we do already. But other than that, if you've got a bit of talent and a lot of enthusiasm, we'd like to meet you.
