The Grinch

This looks pretty kool. Its a winch anchored to the beach and pulls you along while you skim the water. Its like a cheap alternative to wake skating. Its not likely to work in Hong Kong unless you want to take out a few kids or swimmers.

yo ed.. it'll come as no surprise to you to learn that we're in the process of making our own winch.. the beauty of winching is that you realy don't need that much water and its perfect for building obstacles.. we'll be staying well clear of beaches though - we're thinking more like reservoirs, big storm drains, inlets, that kind of thing...
