Its been a really hectic couple of weeks which was unexpected due to the krappy economy. I have been working on a bunch of tracks. One night last week, I worked till quite late and as per usual the later I work, the worse I tend to sleep, as soon as I woke up I started to think about work.Which is really annoying when all you want to do is get back to sleep. Anyhow, I saw this program in TV awhile back about this guy who used to make some 4000 yau char gwei (chinese fried dough stick) in one night. They roughly went through the process so I decided at 630am that I should make some fried dough sticks. The first one was thin by mistake and it turned out the best and most crunchy. I got them all looking like the real thing but I didn't put enough salt in the dough..The taste was actually quite good until you leave it out for 15mins then it turns a bit soggy.
