John Legend After Party 'WET' at Venetian Macao

here's the second part of my pictures from Friday night's John Legend Concert in Macau at the Venetian Macao Casino -- the photos from the official after party, titled 'WET', which was a poolside party held outside at the Venetian's ample resort like pool area. 

This was the first poolside party they've tried at the Venetian,  but the MGM had a pretty successful run of them in 2008 so its natural that other casinos would follow suit.  Venetian tried to outdo them by building the DJ booth and part of the dance area on platforms in the pool (i didn't get a good pic of that unfortunately).

They also had some performers walking around and dancers and girls in costumes. For example:

The dancers come from the various performance groups who perform at the Sands, Venetian and Four Seasons Casino's venues.   We've met a few of them at the previous Venetian events, they're all very nice girls... and great dancers too!

i swear she just turned suddenly away when I took this photo...  honestly! :-P

No actually its one of the Venetian's stilt walkers that they gave a really cool light-up costume.  these guys were very popular with the party goers.

Anyway, we had a VERY large contingent from alivenotdead.com,  I'd say nearly 150 people at the after party, not including the guys who only went to the concert.    Lots of artists came out:

Tak Ho Cheung, Tungtung, Race, Patrick, Rosanne, Alvin and in the back Gloria, Jane, Grace and Desmond!

Also suprised to see this guy busting a move (attracting a lot of attention from photographers)

John Legend was there too.  He was at a Cabana a few down from ours most of the time.  But there was always a huge commotion when he tried to venture out:

Actually around 2:15 I had had enough pool partying... so when Gloria asked me to join her and Juju and her friend Tim on a late night food run,  I couldn't say no:

A Macanese Curry Beef Sandwich.  (I got the porkchop one, no photo though).

By the time we got back to the party it was closing up and everyone was going home.  We went to catch the 5am ferry... lots of very partied out people....  but a few still had enough energy to work their mojo:
