Not to sounds like Donald Trump, but Disney is letting themselves get screwed in order to get into the Mainland market. Giving away 57% to a state owned enterprise for the privilege of building a park worth billions of dollars (somehow I doubt the Mouse is only putting in 43% of the money...)
