NYE 2011->2012 at Bisous!!

This year we chose not do a big official AnD party open to the public, but of course we still celebrated the new year!

We did a small private party at Bisous with a few friends and partners... and celebrated one special birthday!

As with every major party Holiday,  Lan Kwai Fong got pretty crazy by around 11pm.  Special thanks to Mike Leeder for his help navigating the maze of police barriers!

This was at the stroke of midnight in the back room of Bisous.  I think i missed most of the confetti by the time the flash went off. :-P

December 31st is a special occasion for another reason... it's also Gloria's birthday. We got her a cake.

Thanks to the Bisous crew for hosting us! 

After about 3, the ladies and I went down to Play Club for a bit to see some friends of theirs -

It was insanely packed... like dangerously so...  impressive crowd at 4am! (those people aren't smoking... because that would be illegal... they're just holding short white straws....)

I took the bus home around 4:30... when I got back to my neighborhood I was walking from the bus stop to my house and happened upon a guy lying down in the middle of the road.  I was wondering if I needed to pick him up... but luckily an ambulance was nearby and they stopped to try and get him up...

unsuccessfully....  took them a while! Luckily he was only blocking the side street, not the main road (King's Road).    The lesson to take from this is... don't try to leave til you sober up! :-P
