One Night and the Next Day in Mongkok...

A quick blog, i gotta get to bed soon!

早くのブルグです。もすぐ寝なければなりませんよ！

But i wanted to share some pics I took the last day or so...  last night after work i headed down to the infamous Portland St. in Mongkok( 旺角 ) to pick up my scuba mask... but my lenses didn't get delivered,  so it was all for naught,  so i decided to walk down to the bus stop on Shantung St to go back home... as is always the case w/ The 'Kok,there were tons of people rushing about...

昨日晩用事ありましたから、電車でモンコック(旺角)まで行った。要るの物ないけど一寸散歩した。モンコックの人口一杯から、人多過ぎ！

No chickens visible here,  but maybe they don't come out til after dinner time.  they had a DJ booth open to the lobby of this building,  not sure who or what it was...

看板一杯！

This afternoon after my bike ride, as i mentionedI had to head back down to get my mask.  I stopped for an interesting view:

I met up with J.to in Langham Place:

  they had a giant adidas promo going on in the atrium...

I was suprised to see they've added a MOS Burger here.  Previously I had heard there was only one in HK (at the APM mall).  i got a mosburger combo and we headed back to Casa de Tobin.  he has a nice place (sorry no pics!), but i'm not sure about the neighborhood. :-P

すごい！ここで今MOSバーガーがある！香港第二番ですよ！

After that I headed out to East Kowloon for some apartment hunting... i found a couple good places to live that are right above MTR stations... this one is in Lam Tin ( click for google's satellite  view):
