Princess Aurora Review (오로라 공주)

Korean DVD i watched on my phone last week - English title is 'Princess Aurora' (In Korean - 오로라 공주).  Its a pretty bizarre serial killer vs cops investigation movie that has some pretty weird twists and turns.  Uhm Jung-hwa (엄정화) plays a woman who for reasons unknown goes on a killing spree (turns out I saw her before in 'Mister Handyman', but I didn't realize it til afterward when I looked it up). 

At first she seems to be killing (brutally killing) only bad people who seem to deserve it, but as she goes more and more crazy the pattern of her attacks make less and less sense.  

I don't want to give away the twists and turns, but eventually her motivations are revealed and everything (kind of) make sense.  It seems to be trying to be another 'Sympathy for Lady Vengeance' type dark, violent Korean melodrama... some scenes not for the squeamish (especially the scissors scene!)

  I'll give it a 4/10, never REALLY excited me that much....  :-P
