A few years ago, I had a long interview (almost three hours I think) with Hong Kong artist Bobby Yip a.k.a. Baat Leung-gam (八兩金), one of the coolest person I've ever met. Due to his incredible look and eccentric attitude, he often plays lackeys or bad guys in movies.
Bobby Yip (LUCKY GUY - 1998) He made his debut as an actor in 1993 in the action movie First Shot / 廉政第一擊, a rip-off of Brian De Palma's The Untouchables, but he's mostly known for his appearances in Hong Kong comedies, especially the hilarious ones written and/or directed by Stephen Chow (周星馳) like God of Cookery /食神 (1996), The Lucky Guy / 行運一條 (1998) or King Of Comedy / 喜劇之王 (1999).
Cecilia Cheung & Bobby Yip (KING OF COMEDY - 1999) During the interview, we talked about his acting career, but also about martial arts, Hong Kong comedy, Bruce Lee, Wong Fei-hong, music, fashion (he's running his own clothing line) etc. The interview ended with some short music performances. Here is one of them :
