For Flagday: It's a freelancing job. If it was a day job, I'd have done more stuff. But I usually spend three weeks (usually) to six weeks (when I'm very lucky) per year in Hong Kong only, since 2002. Of course, some of my interviews were also done in festivals (France, Korea & Italy)
