“SOUNDLESS WIND CHIME” HKIFF 2nd SCREENING : ALMOST SOLD OUT (HOPEFULLY)

There’s nothing more stressful than being a press at the HKIFF. I almost had a heart attack yesterday when I saw so many people attending the 2 nd screening of Kit Hung’s movie “ Soundless Wind Chime”, a love story set in Hong Kong, between a Chinese immigrant ( Lu Yulai) and a Swiss pickpocket/juggler ( Bernhard Bulling).

Finally, the theater in the Hong Kong City Hall was almost full, but hopefully - for me - not completely full like for the first screening (press pass only works for the non-sold out screening) ......so I was able to see the movie on big screen (otherwise, i'd have to see it in the video room) and then, the interesting Q&A session(I video shot it as well), where Kit Hung and Lu Yulai answered to the questions of the audience.

After that, they continued to discuss, sign autographs, and take pictures, with the audience outside the theater......and then, in the (late) afternoon, there was a partyto celebrate the birthday of Lu Yulai.More stuff about  “ Soundless Wind Chime” very soon…
