Summer Blockbusters

Greetings,

Hope you’re all enjoying your June so far. Summer is known for, “summer blockbusters,” which to me translates to endless sequels and adaptations galore produced by Hollywood. One great benefit of going to the theatres is the air conditioning! If you’re like me, you’re not falling for all the hype and instead explore other worldly cinema in the international market or revisit favorites.

As independent filmmakers, we get to tell the stories we want and the way we want to. This is a great feeling, but there are boundaries. Some may say the sky is the limit, but so is time and funding. We at Revelcade don’t necessarily let this keep us down, but it can slow us a little. This is the reason why you haven’t seen or heard from us lately. That being said, we’re hard at work to bring you more revel enticing content. We currently been in pre-production for a scary short I wrote not too long ago. That’s right, mixing up the genres a bit. Things are going well, so that project will get underway soon. A few other projects in the works are 2 short comedies and few collaborations we manage to pick up along our adventures within the local artist community.

Thank you all for the support and patience and we can’t wait to deliver more of the media you’ve come to enjoy from us. Don’t let those “blockbusters” get the best of you and see you soon!
