Mystery Object.. Any ideas?

Found this while going through my bottom draw this morning. Anyone know what it is? I took 3,500 digi-pix of this object if anyone wants to go through them and see it from every conceivable angle and using a whole array of special settings. I probably won't ever get round to editing the shots though, I'll just upoload the whole lot for everyone to look through. Isn't technology great?
