Dried Dragon Fruit

I found this at a local Trader Joe's here in L.A.

Dragon Fruits are my favorite fruit and although they may be easy to find in Asia, they are actually

quite rare here in L.A. I've seen some in Vietnamese or Thai markets, but sometimes they are as expensive as $5 USD per dragon fruit.

The dried ones are not as good as the real fruit, but at $1.99 a bag, its good enough....

I'll be making a trip to Asia in November and I'm sure I'll have lots and lots of dragon fruits!
