Hong Kong 2009

Just took a trip to Hong Kong and now I'm back in L.A.

Glad to meet some old friends while making new ones too.

Direct flight was all full so I had to transit in Korea. There were lots of shops at Incheon Airport.

Met up with producer Kelvin Avon, who was working with Race Wong on a new album. I heard a few demos and they sounded great! Later we went to Lan Kwai Fong to grab a drink.

Also met up with old friend Franky who owns a guitar/bass repair shop in Kun Tung.

Bought a new watch.

Enjoyed 盆菜．

There was a pool on the roof top of the hotel, though it was a bit too cold to take a dip.

Also had lunch with composer/arranger Ted Lo and violinist Yanice, who just played at GEM's concert not too long ago.

I had a lot of fun again in Hong Kong and I hope to be back soon.

Now I gotta go fight this jetlag and get ready to go back to work.
