All of y’all who ever thought @anthonyma and I were a couple IRL- Well, y’all can see us as one on the big screen at our World Premiere of #StaycationMovie directed by Tanuj Chopra and produced by Lalithra Fernando. With cameos by Mousa Kraish and Karin Anna Cheung. Super super low/NO budget. Birthed from a friendship formed through the Asian American film festival circuit. Threw ideas around over the course of 4 years. Completely unscripted. Shot for 3 weeks straight right after Christmas 2016 with only 2 days off. With a skeleton crew consisting of above mentioned people + @rawmixrom and @kennardmorris when we needed the extra hands. Ate at @spreadkitchen almost every day ??? Had some awesome people hook it up with locations including @seoulsausage. And in the past year and a half, @chopsfilms and @lalithra with their crazy busy schedules made time to edit. Freakin’ freakin’ excited and scared for this to be released out into the world. Excited because I know we put so much into it and truly hit some artistic highs. Scared because I have no idea what monster we may have created (the first time I’m going to see it will be at the premiere)...
