Project Race - In the Beginning!

What now seems like quite a long time ago, I brought Kelvin to Pat Lee's art exhibition to meet Race and Rosanne Wong, Van Ness Wu and a series of other people. Race and Kelvin got on very well and soon after began to talk about the possibility of working together in the future.

Well I'm happy to say that many months later, they did indeed begin working together on nothing less than the launch of Race's solo career and first solo album!

Since the start of that project we have been in the studio almost everyday, where Kelvin and Race have been co-writing and recording songs and where a host of interesting other characters come in and out to help out, to hear the music, to interview Race or just to visit.

And here's me doing my part of the work: telling Race endless stories. You can see from the expression on her face how much she is enjoying listening to my lengthy tales!

Of course it's not all work and no play and we do allow Race to have some fun from time to time...
