The eBay god hates me.I never win auctions. And I know it's because I'm not OCD enough and never want something badly enough to sit at my computer and refresh every second as an auction ends. As Emu suggested... I should probably just stick to the "buy now."Shopping at auctions is too stressful. You get all attached to something and then you can't have it. It's just wrong. It's tough since I really love to vintage shop and there are always these enticing things that come up when I google for what ever item I am looking for and I know that it is highly likely that there is only one of that thing available for purchasing. The object of my current obsession:I used to have a belt that was very similar to this one. Mine had one heart rather than 2 interlocking ones. And it was silver tone rather than gold tone. I think though, it might just be faded. I have been tearing the apartment up trying to find it for days. My mother gave me that belt, I had always loved it when she wore it when I was in elementary school and I was thrilled to inherit it as an adult. I hope I haven't lost it for good, but just incase, I have been chasing similar belts around eBay for the past few days to no avail.Le sigh.*************************************************************In other news...Vickie and I strolled into the Rockerfeller Center H&M to check out the Roberto Cavalli collection at around 6pm today. Before heading over, I said to Vickie "Maybe we should pick a less popular location, it might be crazy."We really had nothing to worry about because there was nothing left. After perusing both women's floors thoroughly we thought that maybe we had the wrong date so we asked a sales associate. "Gone.""What?""It was over in less than 45 minutes. You had to be here to see it." Now it's all on eBay. H&M once again, makes fashion history, literally and figuratively speaking...
