Dear Malay friends of mine. Is there anything in Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Percik and Telur Masin dat would clash with Durian? If I plan to have durian after... A Clash like Durian and Alcohol... What about da sambal belacan?...

If ya think about it, us Malaysian Chinese are spoilt and blessed with highly evolved, improved, upgraded and innovated Chinese cuisines. Fried Oysters, what we call O' Jien for instance, ours (Malaccan style, not Penang) are so much better than Taiwan's. Hong Kong's staple, One Ton Mean is a far cry from da Malaccan style One Ton Mean and Sarawak Kolo and Kanpua Mee. And dun even get us started on Penang (except for their fried oysters). Whereas Dim Sum? There are various good joints in various postal codes in Malaysia.
