《Trees and Trunks》by Clive

I think a lot of times in life we usually have to go through a lot of ups and downs to finally realise who are the ones who are our true friends and soul mates, who always never fail to stand by us, who always remember us in their hearts, who always sincerely wish us and help us attain our very best.

Like i mentioned before, through this wedding, i'm very touched to know that friends i knew back in my army days, whom i spend the 2.5 years of my life with, still remembers me, still a true friend till today. Even though they have achieved some success in their careers and businesses but they are still who they are, very humble and nice, sincere, helpful. In fact i feel so bad that i've not spent any much time the past few years keeping in touch with them even though i was so busy all the time. It made me feel so bad and i thought i owe them loads!

This friend of mine, Clive, has actually started a creative business of his own, designing something very specific called "TREES AND TRUNKS". In fact he has expanded to include some other designs and items as well. He's going to design some kickass stuff for our wedding! watch out for it! very nice of him to help us and i'm sure i will try to contribute more ideas for his designs if possible and will try to hook up some collaborations with him. Gonna ask him to design some music-related stuff with these haha.. sounds cool? just imagine.. i already had some 'big pictures' in mind and will discuss with him. He hasn't had any websites to visit yet but i hope very soon. If any one of u r interested with his stuff, i can connect u guys together  help to support my friend Clive! He's DA MAN!

JY -About treesandtrunks-treesandtrunks was then conceived when what started out as a line of jewelry business took a new twist. Attention was instead shifted to our exquisite handmade trees that were used to hang our accessories that were on display at local flea markets. Armed with growing interests, a new brand was born. We people at treesandtrunks firmly believe in embracing nature yet infusing its aesthetics into our everyday lives. What better way to bring home a lasting sense of nature yet integrating it with functionality? 

-The Gardeners And Their Concept-The gardeners behind treesandtrunks are two boy next door who are inspired by the lushious greenery around this little island of ours. We were then racking our heads to the perfect solution to dish out our fashion accessories on our numerous flea market stints when it suddenly dawned upon us on one of our bus trips to use hangers that are tree inspired. Albeit understanding that its nothing refreshing to imitate trees as an accessories hanger, we pushed to deliver the realism that is lacking in the many tree inspired hangers in the market. We wanted to be different. We wanted a product that looks equally good even as a standalone piece, that its primary purpose can be overlooked as that of an accessories hanger. Granting it the potential of making a great center piece that is capable of lighting up even the dullest places at home. After many agricultural experimentations, we finally sowed the perfect seed that blossomed to its range of products we have today.  

-Our Harvests-All of our products are painstakingly handcrafted back in our very own backyards in the heartlands and it brews 100% local authenticity! :) Each of our product is unique in its own way as we recognize that everyone's unique identity deserves no less than an unique product. Our Clientele recently includes home grown talent singer Joi Chua who purchased one of our harvests.
