South-facing storm-water connected to the street. Doesn't sound hard, except that the street Kerb is about 1.2m higher than the ground at the last down pipe. Did it myself. Except the earth works. f*%# digging by hand. Ground soil also graded away from the house (previously was slopped towards the house and pooled at the back door ready to flood us). Already had a couple bouts of rain (albeit light) and the "charged stormwater system" works perfectly. #AngellReno
