at 'Monster Sushi' ( 12th Floor)... They donate their profits to the Sichuan Earthquake Fund.

I also found out that Dan Wu is part owner of this Restaurant and that our friend, Edward

Huang designed the sleek and sexy interior.  And yes, the sushi is delightful!!!
