Storm before the calm...

Sharpening the 'Snowblade'Its our last weekend before the 'Snowblade' team decamps for Ace Studios in Nanhai, but there's no rest for the wicked. Yung Yung has to spend eight (8!) hours at the salon getting extensions to turn her from punkette to Tang dynasty terror...After that long in the chair, she needed no motivation to play a cold-blooded lady assassin.The next day, we met for a cappuccino at the now legendary Cafe Lavende on Prince's Terrace. No-one recognized Yung Yung in her cunning disguise...Though I think that strange guy in the background recognized me...After the weekend in Hong Kong, we rose bright and early Monday AM. At least, some of us did. One the train to Guangzhou, kung fu trainer Mak Chi-kong seemed to be transporting a corpse across state lines... (It was actually our sleeping lady dragon!)Our first day the studio, we did costume tests on Ms Yu.And she prepared to undergo further sword training with Mak Sifu.At the end of a long day, our leading lady stretched out on the grass of the studio lawn...Like many a previous B&E performer, she had to resist the urge to jump down the studio well.Tomorrow, onwards to blood and glory...
