Last week I was overwhelmed with emotion walking on stage at my old high school, Natomas Charter School. I couldn't believe how packed the auditorium was with students and teachers, filling every possible space, even seated on the ground. I sometimes get wrapped up in how crazy this music industry can be, but moments like these remind me how art saved my life and why I continue to pursue my dreams. I live now to have fun, to have as many adventures as I can, and to be happy. The real success is doing what you love to do and not caring what other people think because you are living YOUR life.
