Arguably the greatest songwriter and performer of all time. This one really stings... Since just hearing the news minutes ago, it hasn't really sunk in yet. I just feel like we are losing a generation of pioneers that have paved the way for all of us artists and musicians who grew up surrounded by real music for the soul. I know physically we are only meant to be on earth for a certain amount of time, and his music will live on for centuries to come (on this planet or the next), but why gone so soon? There was so much more we wanted to hear and know and laugh about your truthful comments about society and life but know deep down that shit ain't funny cause it's true. Thank you for being the master you were and inspiring the world with your never fearing authenticity. We love you Prince.
