31 Doves

Good afternoon everyone, I just got the okay to post something here in my blog from a very close friend of Felicia's.  I did not attend the funeral.  However, she went and described how beautiful it was.  She wrote:

Thank you for sharing. I just got home from Felicia's funeral. It was a beautiful service.  The family held a mass at their Catholic Church.  During the service her mother spoke of her love of her daughter.  After the mass, she was laid to rest at Rose Hill Memorial on a hill under a big giant tree.  At the end of the service 31 doves were released into the air each dove symbolizing a year in her life.   As they circled around I thought, "she is looking down at us with her big smile, laughing in heaven."  Her father then invited the group to join the family at lunch at a Seafood Buffet "as Felicia's guest".  It was truly a touching service in honor of  a precious beloved soul. I asked to publish this because Felicia was a kind, generous and funny person.  Not the "porn star" the media is making her out to be.
