COFFEE

I think I started to drink coffee since 2003 - before that I don't drink a drop since I think it's bitter.

However, I remember it was when I went to NYC and I got serious jet lag and hence I have to find a way to keep myself awake for the first 3 to 4 days. Well, I went into Starbucks and had my first cup of coffee that was bought by myself under free will. There.

That was how I started and since then, I drink coffee once in a while until recently starting to get to know more and taste the differences between different coffees after I got to know a friend of mine who is a real coffee lover.

He introduced a coffee shop to me yesterday in Causeway Bay to try and he said he would rank that as one of the best in HK according to his standard.

Alright, I trusted him and I went there last night with my friends and I tried their Latte.

It's smooth, not bitter but with the right amount of coffee favor there.

The latte art they did on my cup was a heart and looked just very nice. The foam was solid too.

I think for those coffee lovers, you should go and have a try as the quality is just right there and pricing is just right. A cup of Latte costs you only HK$28 - tho the size is a bit smaller than a tall one in Starbucks.

They have 2 shops. One in Central and one in Causeway Bay.

Central : Cockloft, No. 6 Elgin Street, Central, Hong Kong (www.CoffeeAssembly.com)

Causeway Bay : G/F, 26A Russell Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (www.CafeCorridor.com)
