The big thing that I’ve been working on is my first self-written English album
and...
it’s finally done!
2009 was a year of BIG change for me. Due to an internal restructuring of Gold Typhoon, my music manager, Paco Wong, was made the head of the film department and could no longer personally manage me anymore. We were all deeply affected by this change. Many of you may have heard the news on the media but none of you really knew what happened to me since.
Well, I left Gold Typhoon and a twist of fate brought me together with Canadian manager Terry McBride - CEO of Nettwerk Group (Thanks to Music Matters!). For those of you who are unfamiliar with him, he is the man behind Avril Lavigne’s career along many others including Sarah McLachlan, Stereophonics, Dido, Barenaked Ladies and Jamiroquai. Terry helped me delve deep into my soul to find me. He told me that the best person at being myself is me, and, that I should write about my experiences, my thoughts and what it means to be Celina Jade. So I did...

2009年對我來說是一個有很大變化的一年。由於金牌大風有內部變化﹐我的音樂經理人黃柏高便升為本公司電影部的主管。正因於此﹐他不能抽身為我經營音樂事業。我們也因此而受到影響。相信很多人也由傳媒聽過這件事了。不過你們不知道我自此事後去到那裡。
自事件之後﹐我便離開了金牌大風。我在不知不覺間遇上了來自加拿大的知名度甚高的Terry McBride - Nettwerk Group的CEO (都是多得 Music Matters所賜﹗)。不熟悉他的該知道他是負責已成名的歌手如Avril Lavigne, Sarah McLachlan, Stereophonics, Dido, Barenaked Ladies和Jamiroquai的重要人物。Terry幫助我深入我的心靈來找尋真我。他說最有資格找尋真我的人就是非我莫屬。他還說我應該寫一些有 關我的親身經歷﹐思想和做Celina Jade的真正義意。那麼我便照樣做了。。。
