When you get older you have to train smart. You can still go balls to the wall but you have to let your body adjust and catch up. Sometimes the mind can be stronger than the body can take. Smart training is about balancing that training with creating opportunities for the body to heal and make adjustments. These super dark marks are from cupping and they are not only telling me which part of me needs attention but will also help me heal faster.
