not all six parts yet (on part 2). but i've heard these arguments before.I also read this - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_protester_arguments which gives a more balanced picture. either way I think these arguments are kind of pointless. If federal income tax is illegal, then the government will just shift to alternate means of collecting taxes (higher sales tax, higher property tax, etc), which I think would be more disruptive and less fair than an income tax.

plus i think getting the congress to pass a constitutional amendment to make it legal would not be hard too... (cause congress men and women's salaries are paid by income tax!) :-D
