Seeing True Love First Hand

The main reason for my recent trip to Vancouver was to be a groomsman for my friend Joe and Jessie.  It was a beautiful ceremony with lots of tears of joy and a chance for me to catch up with friends.  The weather could not have been any better as there was not a cloud in the sky.  The are a mixed couple and Jessie had to give up alot (including her immediate family) to be with one of my best friends.  I can never understand why parents would go as far as to cut communication of their own child off because of who they fall in love with, I don't think that I ever will.  This marriage was a reminder of my parents and the similarities that they went thru to be together.  This day showed me how much they truly love each other, and I got to see true love first hand.  And it is something that I hope that I feel for someone someday even though as each day passes by I feel like I'm running out of time.   Here are some more pics from this wonderful day.
