Happiness Quota - what is it for you? I know in the FB world everything seems so perfectly filtered (I've certainly used them!). Many tell me I'm always so cheery and happy. That may seem so, but I have days where I just want to hide under the blanket forever. Lately I've realised (and meditated ??) that the decision solely rests on us individually and by choosing to make happiness a priority, making a conscious choice to be happy and remain happy, we are allowing ourselves to let go of anything or anyone that can potentially disrupt our happiness and gaining greater control of our own feelings and emotions.
What are your thoughts?
