They say that eating curry is like a feast for all the senses. I’m not sure about all the senses but I did enjoy making curry with my good friend D.Y. Sao. I’ve had D.Y. over for dinner many times before but this was a rare occasion where he helped me prepare the meal. Long time no hear… things have been pretty interesting since The Road to Rooks 3 – for those new to my blog please read RTR 1-3 before continuing. (Tick tock, tick tock) Wow! A couple of weeks ago I took the fam bam to the San Diego Comic Convention, the largest Art Cultural event in North America! I’m an undercover comic book junkie and I’ve been going for the past 13 years back when it was just nothing but old guys with tables full of comics talking about the great Jack Kirby. Ninja: someone who is trained in a variety of unorthodox arts of war and combat. A couple of week ago I had the privilege of helping D.Y Sao and the EMC monkeys with their annual “Ninja Camp.” A ton of young boys and girls came out to test their skills in the way of the ninja. I haven’t been online for a while due to the infamous BSOD… the Blue Screen of Death! My main workhorse computer crashed with all my work and programs on it and it has been a nightmare trying to operate on my crippled laptop. I saw the signs of BSOD early and ignored them because I was too lazy to dismantle my computer and replace parts. You would think Microsoft would’ve solved this problem by now but no! Ok, we’re back with The Road to Rooks part deuce. For the recap please read the original road to rooks blog. So D.Y. and I ended up at either Denny’s or Pho prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /America, I’m still not clear on that part. Brooklyn and I’m just getting started. First off, I would like to thank D.Y. Sao for referring me to site. I had no idea it was going to be this much fun networking with people from all over the globe. I look forward to networking with many, many more and hopefully working with a few. In the coming days and weeks I will be updating my AnD blog with my production journal called “The road to Rooks.” I will take you through the various stages of trying to make a film the D.
