Created in the image of Love

Those of you that have sat before the presence of Jesus know what I’m talking about it. Whether it’s in the time of silence and solitude or in a moment of worship, where you feel this overwhelming sense of peace and joy, you know God is there.

As I was praying, I felt the Lord say that this is what the world is longing for. The world is longing to feel Love.

Have you ever wondered why people were so attracted to Jesus? The bible says that he hung out with the sinners of the day. How is it that someone so perfect and sinless could be loved by criminals, prostitutes, and sinners? How is it that when these people were in the presence of Jesus they didn’t feel judged or condemned? It’s because they felt the unconditional love of God through Jesus. They felt the peace that Jesus carried around. They felt the joy that was inside of him.

Now it’s up to us. Because we are created in His image, we’re supposed to let those around us feel that same joy and peace.
