My first directed MV

People ask me what this mv is about?  i say it's whatever you interpret it as. 

If you ask me about the meaning of the MV, i can tell you it has nothing to do with the song.  muahahaha!

Well, i had loads of fun making this MV, cuz i plotted it, scrīpted it, and basically it had to be a one take deal. 

Rehearsing everything with set change, actors' position, and cameraman maneuver inside the elevator, those are really stressful times cuz we had limited budget. 

But after a few practice, the shooting  was really exciting.  Since it had to be one take non-stop, it required the whole team effort. 

If the cameraman failed at any given point, or the set change didn't change fast enough, or the actors messed up, we had to redo the whole 3:40mins from the start again. 

That's what i meant by exciting.  It has no margin for error, and you can't take 2, it's kinda like singing in a concert, or doing a scene in a play. 

But when it was done, it was a relief.  The whole team united and rejoiced.  For once, you can really feel the team spirit in music video making.

So what's this MV about? 

Well you see, these people in the MV, Grace Ip, Nic Tse, and the other 2 people all suppsed to know me in real life, as far as the Hong Kong public concerns.  The idea is, i take the elevator and these people don't recognize me.  They don't even see me.  I reached the top floor and see another Eric Kwok walking in and doesn't recognize me.  I'm a spirit? I'm in someone else's body?  I don't really know.

I was very happy that nic and grace were in my mv, plus Mr. Tsang Kong, a very famous and well respected actor in the HK movie/tv scene.  It's my wish that i can feature one of these actors in each of my mv every time i release an album.
