Back from Phuket

Hey what's up!? How's everyone out there?I felt like writing to you guys about what went down in Phuket.  As to all holidays, it was always a few days too short, but it was rewarding (at many levels)First of all, the Phi Phi Islands was amazing: Sandy white beach, great scenery etc.  Seafood was generally awesome, and yes I was addicted to the massages.Now back to music.  Originally I was intending to NOT touch anything music related.  Guess what? I ended up writing 8 pieces of lyrics!  I think I better dis-associate holidays with productive writing or else I'll go broke!  But yes I was pleasantly surprised about the outcome.  Can't wait to pick up the guitar and see how the lyrics would fit in.Another thing that I learned about myself (yes I think a lot) is that I've found the secret of switching off and it's very simple:No 1: Turn your phone / BB / iphone or whatever offNo 2: Don't go onlineNo 3: Repeat steps 1 & 2.(Ok I wasn't perfect, there were moments where I just had to switch the device on, mostly because of feeling insecure about dining on my own)What is amazing about this is that overtime, you will learn to get better in getting back into this "off mode" state ie I've found myself doing this exercise a few times now since coming back into the city lol  Try it.Below is a picture of Phi Phi Island:
