My blog has been launched

As Roger Fan pointed out, I'm the first person from Cincinnati repping on AnD. Word! In case you were wondering, I am not a tall, light-haired Filipino or Viet friend. My heritage is from a different part of the world. But I'm connected to the Asian-American community through my Korean-born husband, our hapa son, and my lifelong interest in Asian cultures. I was into diversity before it was a buzz word.

I'm a screenwriter currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio.  My first screenplay, "Claymont County," is about a Korean-American family who moves cross-country in a time of crisis. I'm currently researching my second screenplay.

I'm looking for a "day job" to catch up on bills, yet keeping on with my true calling of writing. Our second child is due in March. I love God and I love people, and I'd love to hear from you. Comments welcome. To borrow from Sung, "We can laugh together or cry together--just don't send me naked pictures."
