'True Women on Sale' (我不賣身,我賣子宮) Premiere Screening

After the Golden Scene 10th anniversary, we shuttled over to apm's broadway cinema to check out a premiere screening and show some support for alivenotdead.com artist Race Wong. The film is 'True Women For Sale' ( 我不賣身,我賣子宮 ),  directed by Herman Yau and featuring Prudence Liew ( 劉美君 ), Anthony Wong and Race Wong as the primary characters.   I'll do a review in a separate blog,  so here's just the pics from the premiere event! Because a few guys hadn't eaten we went down to the food court and arrived at the venue after the PR event had already started:Not exactly sure who this was, but her fame was blocking the entrance, we couldn't get in!  There were too many fans crowding the entrance trying to get photos of her.  Finally one of the ushers saw we were actually ticket holders and parted the seas...Prudence Liew, who looks much much different than her character in the movie. 

(PS - for those who don't know,  Prudence won the Best Actress award at the Golden Horse Awards over the weekend! Congrats Prudence!!!)most of the cast was there to take a group pic:no Anthony Wong unfortunately! :-(  Also Yungyung was missing.    Race looked a little funny... Special alivenotdead.com exclusive!  but wait, she definitely looks a bit strange... too many late night cheeseburgers?Oh no, she looks pregnant!  (yes, I cried too!)    But how did she manage to hide it so long?  I just saw her a few weeks ago!  who is the father?!?     Actually its not real of course,  she plays an expectant mother in the entire film so wore the pregnant suit for the screening...  (I'm glad Prudence didn't wear her junkie teeth!) :-PAfter the screening:Grace and Race!
