that's not a bonfire jeanne...it's the burning of paper offerings (a house, car, clothes, money, servants, etc) to a recently deceased. you can see a taoist priest in an orange robe on the right. there's this vacant grass patch next o my block...once in a while, when someone passes away and the wake is held at the void deck. this happens on the last night of a wake and the body is sent for cremation the following day.
